About the RoleAre you ready for an outstanding career opportunity with Liebherr Earthmoving and Material Handling? Liebherr-Australia is seeking a motivated and driven Workshop Leading Hand to be based at our Erskine Park Branch. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiencies of the team whilst delivering; safe compliant diagnostic advice, general maintenance direction, and much more as we support our internal and external customer base. This permanent opportunity will allow you to access OEM training while you build a long-term career in a global company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Workshop Technicians to meet, deliver and exceed service expectations.
• Efficiently complete maintenance and service work
• Provide advice and guidance to apprentices, technicians and customers as required.
• Quality control for all work completed in workshop
• Completion of paperwork for service and repair work
• Be responsible for the day to day activities of workshop personnel and ensure labour is used most effectively

About You

• Trade qualifications as a Diesel / Plant Mechanic
• Experience with building and running productive teams
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A current driver’s license
• Commitment to maintain, and adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace
