Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong Safety and Quality based Leadership in line with Liebherr and Customer expectations
• Execute all Field Service deliverables within the project function (Planned Outages & Assemblies)
• Coordination of Liebherr Service Technicians and third-party suppliers during project execution
• Active participation in the project planning, progress and post execution review process
• Lead our quality based initiatives during project execution
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Liebherr Technicians and Apprentices in the field

About You

• Demonstrated experience leading a team in the mining industry
• A clear and confident communication style with the ability to stay calm under pressure and apply emotional intelligence
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
• Ability to work to deadlines in line with project scope and expected production timeframes
• Proficient computer skills including the suite of Microsoft Programs
• Heavy Plant or Electrical Trade Qualification
• Demonstrated experience in the reporting of project progress
• Mining industry, Hydraulic Excavator and / or OHT experience is essential
