Administration Assistant - Product ManagementPerth

About the Role

Liebherr Australia is seeking an experienced and professional Administration Assistant to support our Global Product Management Team, based at our Perth Branch. Reporting to the General Manager – Product Management, in this role you will assist in budget preparation, reporting, document management, data entry, travel planning, meeting coordination and provision of contract management support.

Key Responsibilities

• Address internal and external customer enquiries
• Updating and maintaining databases and systems
• Assists in the preparation of annual MIN PM CAPEX / OPEX budgets and administers CAPEX re-quests
• Assist in the development and maintenance of business processes and procedures for the MIN Product Management Team.
• Coordinates site mobilisations, enters and processes travel requests / travel itineraries and compiles / processes expense claims.

About you

• Cert IV in relevant discipline OR
• At least 3 years relevant administrative experience
• High attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
• Identification and resolution of potential issues
• Analytical skills
• Customer service skills (advanced)
