As the Marketing Executive you will be responsible in planning and executing marketing events, managing administrative duties and collaborate with marketing teams of Liebherr Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and corporate gatherings
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution
• Act as a point of contract for external vendors, agencies, and service providers
• Monitor event budgets and timelines, ensuring events stay within budget and on schedule
• Track and process invoices, budgets, and other financial documents related to events and campaigns
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the marketing team, including maintaining marketing data records, and handling correspondence
• Assist with basic design tasks and video editing as needed, collaborate with Communication Specialist

Competencies

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience in a related field
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic design and video editing skills using related tools (e.g.Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere)
