About the role

An exciting new role has been created within Liebherr’s Component Division based in Australia.  Working as part of a global team this is very much a national hands-on role focussed on supporting the components business in Australia. We are currently looking for an experienced Product Support Advisor. This role is reporting directly to the National Customer Support Team leader. This role can be based in WA, NSW and QLD.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high level product support and advice in mechanical and electrical services supporting a diverse range of mobile minding equipment components onsite with particular focus on recommending corrective remedies to sustain / improve equipment condition and performance.
• On site Smart bearing installations & training
• Assisting with and conducting diagnostics evaluation of component failures and product faults.
• Failure analysis support, create service reports as required.
• Reman support in field and in a workshop environment.

About You

• Mobile Plant Mechanic trade or equivalent trade with Hydraulics and auto electrics– essential
• Proven track record of high-level customer support
• excavator and haul truck experience – essential
• The ability to provide accurate and timely advice.
• Customer focused and had great attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills
• This is a national role so travelling will be required.
