Responsibilities

• Support legal research, legal translation and archiving of legal documents;
• Support contract management, corporate compliance activities and proofreading of translated documents;
• Uploading contracts and relevant corporate documents to designated database;
• Other legal and administrative tasks as assigned by the Paralegal.

Competencies

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Skilled in written and oral English.
