Your Responsibilities

• Proactively assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as creating quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts to expedite the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
• Generate regular reports that track and analyze key sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Research customer needs and provide comprehensive product of service information, fostering positive client relationship.
• Prepare presentations and other sales collateral to support the sales team's efforts.
• Support the sales team in organising meetings or visits.

Your qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with full professional or bilingual proficiency in English.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for the mining industry and Liebherr Mining products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to analyze basic sales data to identify trends and opportunities with attention to details.
• Dedicated, confident and self-motivated team player.
• Able to work under high pressure and prioritise worlkloads.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.
• Max. 2 years experience, prior in the mining industry or sales is a plus.
