Your Responsibilities
- In this position, you will plan and implement offshoring projects in collaboration with the strategic purchasing department;
- You monitor the implementation of the offshoring projects in order to achieve the objectives and ensure the timely implementation of the projects;
- You analyse and evaluate critical supply chains;
- You take care of the development of new suppliers within the global sourcing strategy (BCC Best Cost Country Sourcing);
- You follow up and process the various actions taken due to audit deviations;
- You are the key contact person for supplier selection, validation and evaluation;
- You build strategic suppliers and ensure delivery capability in terms of quality and time;
- You analyze errors and initiate corrective actions.
Your Profile
- You have a successful background in mechanical engineering, aeronautics and aerospace, business engineering in machine building or a similar qualification;
- You have several years of professional experience as a project manager and knowledge of auditing (audit training VDA 6.3). Audit knowledge of APQP and its components (FMEA, MSA, PAPP, ...) is also required;
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- You have a perfect command of the English language and a good knowledge of German and/or French;
- You are characterized by analytical and solution-oriented thinking, take the initiative and are assertive, willing to travel for your work.
