About the RoleThe Maritime Cargo and Construction Division of Liebherr-Australia has an opportunity for a motivated and experienced Office Administrator. Based at our Erskine Park facility, this role is suited to a well organised person with a positive attitude and works well in a team and actively helps others. Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you will primarily be responsible for providing administration services to the sales, service and parts team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration support to sales, service and parts team.
- Prepare sales and service documents
- Parts Invoiding and administrative support
- Maintain sales documents and machine files
- Opening and closing service jobs
- Creating purchase orders and coding invoices
- Process Expense Claims and Authorisation
- Asset Request and Register Maintenance
- Maintain office supplies and uniforms
- Coordinate new starter equipment and inductions
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Certificate in Business Administration advantageous but not essential
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Identification and resolution of potential issues
- Exceptional customer service skills
