For our sales team in Czech Republic / Slovakia we are looking for your support as "Area Sales Manager Electro Retail (m/f/d) - Slovakia".

Responsibilities

• Active care and support of B2B customers in the electro-retail business in Slovakia
• Coordination, cooperation and support of the responsible sales area
• Assessment, selection and development of distribution partners
• Contribution of market specific feedback, analysis and continual improvement of existing business activity
• Technical product training and product placement with the distribution-partners
• Cooperation in the review of regional marketing concepts
• Target oriented implementation of sales plans

Qualifications

• Successfully completed business and/or technical education
• Several years of experience in Sales, ideally in the area of MDA
• Slovak as native language, as well as basic communication skills in English. Knowledge of German is an advantage
• Assertive individual with strong negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills and multi-cultural competence
• Able to work mobile and independently in a structured manner
