LIEBHERR IBÉRICA, S.L., is seeking an administrative support in our After Sales Department of Mobile Cranes Division.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the manager, will be in charge of various administrative tasks, as:
- Preparation of guarantee requisitions, including backround documentation, control and monitoring.
- Invoicing.
- Travel expenses settlement.
- Correspondence with matrix company, clients....
- Translations.
Skills
- Administrative training.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.+. Baan skills will be valued.
- English and German B2 minimum.
- We’re looking for a young person who could deliver, in general, clerical duties as you will take on various tasks on a day-to-day basis. Wanting to learn and grow professionally.
