This role will be responsible for the provision of robust and effective on-site leadership and execution of the Builds department, that enables the team to deliver; safe, efficient and compliant field services support to the Mining Division and its Customers.The Build Supervisor role is required to lead and direct outcomes set out by the Build Manager, ensuring compliance and conformance to operational goals and company needs. Roster: 8/6 days
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and direction to allocated team members
- Drive a project’s completion through accuracy and compliance to process and deliverables
- Provide reports and liaise with customers regarding operations
About you
- Previous planning / scheduling experience
- Experience in supervising employees with the desire to drive a team
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Trade certificate in relevant discipline highly regarded
