Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service contract development and ongoing management:
- Develop and market maintenance and repair agreements internally and externally.
- Conduct audits of data.
- Oversee management of machine builds to meet client expectation.
- Telemetric monitoring.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing projects that enhance service excellence.
- A track record of collaborative success in delivering project outcomes.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
- A mechanical background (beneficial but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
