Reporting to the Service Manager, you will lead and manage an experienced team servicing our customers throughout Western Australia. This dynamic role is suited for someone with extensive experience in the industry who is both motivated and customer focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Field Service team (Field Service Technicians, Administration and Service Partners)
• Place high priority on Maintaining and developing long-standing professional relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide advice and guidance to technicians and customers
• Manage financial responsibilities for the Service department
• Facilitate the organisation and supply of labour, parts and specialist equipment required for customer’s planned and un-planned outages
• Provide reports on all activities of the departments operations when required
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure demands are met
• Adherence to health and safety performance and behaviour
• Develop human capital in line with personnel development

About you

• Sound technical knowledge of Mining Equipment
• Shows capability in creating a sense of partnership and forging strong relationships
• Previous management or team leadership experience
• Ability to manage departmental P&L’s, quotes, WIP & invoicing; and to identify areas for improvement or additional business opportunity
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Hold a current driver’s licence
