Sales Technical SpecialistJakarta
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales to join our team in Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Liebherr mobile and crawler crane products and parts to customers in the Indonesian market. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the construction and infrastructure industry.
Your responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads for new crane. New crane sales leads will be handled and supported by the sales team.
- To identify, develop, and promote aftersales services, such as maintenance contracts, spare parts, and field service.
- Develop, prepare, and present comprehensive technical aftersales proposals and quotations, and negotiate favorable terms with customers.
- Achieve aftersales targets and revenue goals.
Technical Expertise:
- Possess a deep understanding of Liebherr mobile cranes, including crawler and mobile crane types, and their applications.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers.
- Conduct site visits.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
Market Analysis:
- Analyze Indonesian market trends and identify opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective aftersales strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptl
Your qualifications
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, or Electrical) or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the construction or
- heavy equipment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of mobile cranes and related equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.
- Possess valid driving license.
QUALIFUCATIONS/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Understanding Indonesian culture and business practices is crucial.
- Existing relationships within the Indonesian construction industry can be advantageous.
- Consider providing comprehensive product training to ensure the candidate is well equipped
