About the Role

Liebherr Australia is currently looking for skilled Product Support Advisors to join our team in Perth

In this role, you'll provide field and technical support to our customers, ensuring their Liebherr equipment operate at peak performance.

You'll be a problem-solver, a skilled technician, and a trusted advisor, collaborating with customers and colleagues to keep their operations running smoothly.

Duties

• Inspect products and/or materials for conformity
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and manuals and make recommendations to internal and external customers
• Maintain, overhaul and test components as required
• Diagnostic analysis on Liebherr electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Running adjustments to plant and equipment

Qualification and Experience

• Relevant qualification plus at least 2 years of relevant experience OR at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Liebherr Hydraulic Excavator experience essential (R9800 and R9400 highly desirable)
• D9812 engine experience desirable
• Proven track record of high-level customer support
• Customer focused, great attention to detail and high-level problem-solving skills
• Current driver’s licence (C class minimum)
• High Risk Licence LF, DG, EWP and WAH
