Your responsibilities

• Be responsible for coordination from manufacturer, customer, sales and dealers, etc.
• Communicate for gear machines setting up, commissioning, acceptance, warranty, repair, etc.
• Follow up cases process for retooling, retrofit, tools, clamping fixtures, etc.
• Keep following up open points cases of gear machines
• Summarize and analyze frequently occurred or major malfunctions to provide professional technical analysis reports and recommendations for the factory to make improvement
• Report major malfunctions and batch malfunctions of competitors
• Train customer personnel to be certified for product operation, routine maintenance, etc.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above
• Foreign Language or technical subjects or related
• CNC-machines Installation & Commissioning, for gear machines is a plus
• At least 3-year above work experience especially in Gear Machines maintenance and service
• Good command of written and oral English
• Good understanding of foreign mentality
• Knowledge of gear machines will be a plus
• Experience in Maintenance and CNC machines service
• Skills in Microsoft office application
• Good command of written and oral English
