Then look no further.    The Opportunity:Liebherr Australia is seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter to be responsible for the provision of efficient and accurate parts advice, dispatch and administrative services to the division and its customers.  Reporting to the Part Supervisor, you will collaborate with customers, warehouse team and Field Service Technicians.   This role is for a positive and optimistic attitude and able to work cooperatively within a team environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide efficient and accurate parts advice, dispatch, and administrative tasks.
• Accurate data entry
• Ensures Customer orders and receives the correct part for their requirements
• Ensure the parts process is effective including stock control and inventory
• Professional customer service, including customer follow-ups
• Ordering stock from suppliers
• Quoting
• Expediting

Skills and Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Logistics
• Relevant parts experience (several years)
• Certificate IV Purchasing (desirable)
• Customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in personal time planning / organisational skills
• Ability to work within a team and autonomously
• Strong computer skills (Outlook & Microsoft Excel)
