As our Account Manager you will lead the account management team, including the sales support. You will be managing key client relationship, developing strategic account plans, and driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account management plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the account management team to achieve individual and collective objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product improvement, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and risks.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms while aligning with company policies and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, account metrics, and market trends to the executive team.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in account management processes and procedures.
  • Remain open to any additional learning and development tasks that may be assigned.

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian mining industry and market dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a customer centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Proven track record at least 10 Years in the extractive, mining equipment or heavy machinery industry.
