- KPI customer side for Shopfloor
- Participate to spare parts Shopfloor
- Centralize analyse and answer customer requests from LIOS tickets LT/Backlog/Pricing/Change management
- Centralize analyse and answer customer requests from Spare parts e mail box LT/Backlog/Pricing/Change management
- follow up the customers requests on excel file and define the level of Priority 1 or 2
- Send the reminder to the different stakeholders
- Provide lead and send MOM on backorders customer analysis of previous week
- Standardisation of the client request process
- Add into email SOT link
- SOT improvement insert the confirm delivery dates into the program
- Communication to Customers / Training
Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Engineering/ Business Administration
- Strong mechanical background/knowledge
