Liebherr-Australia, a leading OEM in the mining equipment industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with hiring managers and HR on talent acquisition strategies and delivering sourcing, recruitment, and selection initiatives, focusing on creative sourcing strategies for trade and innovative technology roles across the Mining division portfolio.
What your day might look like
- End-to-End Recruitment Oversight: Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job ads to candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding, following Liebherr’s established procedures.
- Collaborate and Strategise: Work closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies for challenging roles within our Mining division, developing talent pipelines to deliver repeatable results.
- Talent Attraction: Leverage online resources and professional networks (such as LinkedIn) to identify and attract high-calibre candidates aligned with our divisional goals.
- Candidate-Centric Approach: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Who You Are
Ideal candidates will possess experience in Talent Acquisition for mining and resources industries. You should have a history of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent for challenging roles across both trade and innovative technologies. A strong grasp of recruitment best practices, legislative requirements and talent market analysis is essential. Excellent communication, people skills, and the ability to work independently are key. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors desirable) rounds out the ideal qualifications.
