About the RoleCan you work independently, diagnose complex faults, and carry out major repairs on earthmoving equipment with minimal assistance? Liebherr Earthmoving Division is looking for a motivated technician to work in the workshop at our Yatala branch and in the field across Brisbane, Gold Coast and at times the opportunity of regional work. Working part of a small and supportive team you will maintain and repair a broad range of our equipment including wheel loaders, material handlers and excavators for our growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical diagnosis
- Major and minor services
- Maintenance and component replacements
- Fabrication and new machine build as required
- Complete Service Reports
- Expand and maintain customer relationships in the field
- Dealing directly with Key Customers
About You
- Trade qualified as Diesel / Mobile Plant Mechanic
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work over-time as required
- Extensive industry experience
- Ability to fault find
- A current driver’s license
- Forklift, W, T, R and Air conditioning ticket advantageous
- Basic Word and Excel abilities
- Commitment to maintain, and adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace
