We are looking for experienced Operator Trainer to train the customer on the operating and usage of Liebherr equipment and advise about best operating practices to achieve production target safely

Your responsibilities

• Focus on safety and advice on best working practices during execution of duties, as per Liebherr guidelines
• Develop, cerate, and improve training documentation
• Deliver operation training to the customer as per Liebherr MIN curriculum
• Advise the customer’s Mine Operation/Production Managers about the best usage of the Liebherr machines: excavator’s work organization, ground preparation, truck organization, Dozer usage, etc
• Regular mine site visit and to collect site information & competitor activities
• Collaborate with Sales team to support Production Study for all models of machines sold in Indonesia
• Assist customers in continuously identifying skills gap in their operator and help them fix it with standard Liebherr training method
• Provide assistance to factory operator trainers when required
• Create training report in every training activity
• Provide assistance to the customer support team when require, in order to solve productivity issue caused operational factor
  

Your qualifications

• Very good knowledge and experience in heavy duty equipment operation in mining environment
• Knowledge about Liebherr equipment design and technology will be an advantage
• Proficiency in computer usage and working with MS Office
• Extensive knowledge of learning principles
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
• Experience in designing technical course content
• Have train and trainer certificate, national or international is an advantage
• Ability to present and deliver information
• Strong communication skill
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
