Liebherr Middle East FZE is responsible for sales and service of construction machinery and maritime cranes of the Liebherr Group in the Gulf region. This includes specifically mobile and crawler cranes, the complete range of earthmoving equipment, tower cranes and concrete equipment, duty cycle crawler cranes as well as material handling equipment in the maritime field.
Responsibilities
- Market research & analysis as per the requirements of the Sales Department
- Managing Marketing Campaigns & Events/Exhibitions
- Statistics & Turnover Reporting on demand
- Sales & Commission invoicing to the Head Quarters (Austria, Germany)
- Accounts Management (preparing & conducting the monthly Outstanding Payments meeting)
- Personal Assistance to the General Manager MCCtec
- Travel management (flights, cars, hotels, visas, trainings, gate passes, border crossing documents etc.)
- Expense Claims Processing
- Office Management (stationary items, calendars, liaising with facility management demand)
- Managing Spare Cars Fleet

Competencies
- Organize, manage and complete projects individually and in team work
- Cooperate with all levels of staff
- Ability to multi-task while completing work in a competent and professional manner
- Team Player
- English written/ spoken fluently, German is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Experience in related industries is a plus
