Creating passion: your responsibilities

• Provision/further development of methodological expertise (e.g. design guidelines) for embedded software development
• Consultancy in product- & industry-specific standards & norms (cranes, earthmoving, aerospace, mining, etc.) regarding embedded software
• Methodological responsibility for embedded software development (process ownership)
• Classic embedded SW development of control units, displays, gateways, high-performance controllers, industrial controllers
• Work with various operating systems, development environments (Linux, real-time operating systems, PLC)
• Intensive consulting role in the projects (e.g. by means of reviews)
• Active support of the implementation process of quality assurance measures (e.g. unit testing, continuous integration)
• Implementation and further development of software development strategies
• Support of requirements management

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or comparable degree with relevant professional experience
• At least 7 years of professional experience in software development for embedded systems
• Knowledge in the development of hardware-related real-time software
• Experience in agile product development
• Knowledge of process and method definition
• Strategic, cross-divisional thinking and high abstraction ability
• High degree of autonomous and independent work
• Very good communication skills in English/German
