Duties:
This exciting opportunity will see you:
- Design, implement and maintain training materials, including user guides, manuals, and video tutorials for ERP training sessions for all staff across ANZ ensuring best practices are met
- Ensure all training and support activities comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and best practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user problems in a timely manner to establish training effectiveness, and system usage trends and business needs are met
- Collaborate with relevant teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
- Stay updated on ERP system upgrades and new features and incorporate relevant changes into training and support materials.
Skills and Experience:
- Degree qualifications in Information Technology, Finance or equivalent
- Strong customer facing service and consultative skills to support change management and user adoption
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clearly determining customer needs to establish service solutions and forecasts
- Exceptional understanding of ERP systems and supported processes coupled with knowledge of integration methods between ERP and IT systems.
