Responsibilities:
• Execute HR Recruiting Support for European companies (Germany and Austria) of Liebherr Appliance Division;
• Perform effective candidate preselection and schedule interviews;
• Streamline communication between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers for a smooth and positive hiring experience;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records;
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Competencies:
• University degree in the field of Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics or similar qualification;
• Very good knowledge of German and English languages both written and spoken (minimum B2 in the European language system);
• Previous experience in online/remote recruitment;
• Previous experience in online/remote HR data administration;
• Very good knowledge in MS Office applications.
