Reporting to the Finance and Administration Director, PT Liebherr Indonesia Perkasa has an exciting career opportunity for a high caliber Manager, who will demonstrate excellent leadership and positive stakeholder engagement.
The IT Manager will take the reins on this well-established function and confidently lead the IT Department, which consists of Head Office, Operational Office and 3 Operation Sites Offices and 4 team. The role will suit someone, who has not only the technical expertise in infrastructure and advanced IT security skills but also highly developed influencing, and people skills, together with integrity, flexibility and who can work within and understands the parameters of a global organization

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and maintain a secure and efficient IT system – ensure that PT Liebherr Indonesia Perkasa’s hardware, software and network facilities perform and operate efficiently and meet business needs and standards
• Consults end-users and technical staff to determine information needs, data flows and system requirements
• Prepares, delivers and evaluates end-user education and training solutions
• Manage existing applications and supervise the development of new applications as required.
• Advanced knowledge in administration of Network, Virtualization of data centers and backup technology.
• Good understanding of technologies related to Web programing and business processes. Specialized software such as SAP, SharePoint, Nintex and development languages C#/Angular, JavaScript, Business Intelligence and reporting.
• Prepares technical reports/documentation on IT system/service performance and deliverables
• Establish, manage and achieve the IT financial forecasts and budgets
• Provide effective leadership, direction, coaching and development to IT team

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor in IT with minimum 5 years working experience.
• Having tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or similar, preferably with specialized IT certifications such as networking, Server administration, virtualization.
• Extensive experience in a similar role within a corporate/ global business, and mining or heavy industries sectors will be viewed favorably.

Location & Traveling

• Positon based in Jakarta with regular traveling to Balikpapan to our Operation main center and others site operation around Indonesia.
