Order from the far north
An accident in the high season!
Just before Christmas, Liebherr's service team received an emergency call of a somewhat different kind. Read our story to find out what the unusual call was all about.

Liebherr's customer service is always there to help and advise its customers. No matter what the requirements are – they always find the right solution. This time, however, the service department has a very special customer on the line: a somewhat grumpy, older gentleman, who is obviously under time pressure, inquires about various products. He often has to go up high, has heavy loads to transport, has to reload things here and there, and ideally everything should be done as quietly as possible. And at the same time he mumbles something about ponies, Lego bricks and a sleigh into the phone.
However, none of this is a challenge for Liebherr products. Any requirements can be met. The only question that really remains is where to deliver. To which, there is only one answer: to the North Pole, of course!
Order successfully completed
Thanks to Liebherr, all the presents were delivered on time. Each product segment made its contribution: the gifts were sorted, flown out, loaded, transported and Santa Claus even got a short break in between.
