Responsibility:
- Service Reports updation in System.
- Daily Deployment of Service Engineers.
- Service jobs billing/ Internal Invoicing/ Goodwill booking.
- Warranty Parts supply/ Help Warranty Administrator for warranty process.
- Use of service information system for service related activity.
- Use of internal software BAAN for billing & other related activity.
- Creation of database for engineer utilization, expenses Vs earnings reports & other reports, other management reports.
- Managing Travel Desk, Handling expense Desk.
- Any other service activity which comes up from time to time.
Qualification:
Graduate in any stream is Okay.
