Join Liebherr Australia as an Apprentice Sandblaster/Painter so you can earn while you learn! You will undertake a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (surface finishing), gaining hands-on experience and mentoring from our highly skilled professionals. This four-year apprenticeship will equip you with the skills needed to become a qualified Sandblaster/Painter. Our Apprenticeship Program offers comprehensive training and on-going support, empowering you to reveal and discover your full potential.

What you will learn as an Apprentice Sandblaster/Painter
- Clean, prepare & carry out abrasive blasting of new & refurbished equipment
- Mask, prepare & carry out painting of various types of equipment and machinery
- Carry out routine maintenance to paint and blast facility plant and equipment
About you
- Passion for learning new things, enthusiasm, sense of pride, high attention to detail
- Positive attitude, problem solver and a high commitment to safety
- Driver’s License and access to transport to and from the facility
- Completed year 11 before January 2025
- Full working rights in Australia
- Certificate II or pre-apprenticeship course in a relevant field (highly desirable)
