Working within our Adelaide Remanufacturing facility and reporting to Team Leader on day shift (6am to 2.06pm) or afternoon shift (2pm-10.06pm), you will be responsible for the provision of; safe, efficient and compliant honing machining services.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine drawings or specifications to find out the job, material and equipment requirements
- Set up and adjust machines and equipment
- Fit and assemble parts
- Cut, thread, bend and install hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and lines
- Follow specific operating procedures
- Follow specific maintenance procedures
- Operation of plant and mobile equipment
- Carry out checks on equipment
- Undertake housekeeping and housekeeping inspections
- Accurate completion of documentation
About Ypu
- Cert III in Engineering (Fitter / Machining)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- High Risk Licence DG advantageous
- Demonstrated Machine Honing experience
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Mining industry and Liebherr equipment experience is well regarded
- Highly competent in the use of measurement equipment to tight tolerances
- Able to work independently and under adverse conditions
