Missions
The MIN Manager has a divisional function in the Liebherr Group
Specific Job Duties:
- has authority over Liebherr Factories and Liebherr Sales & Service companies on mining parts inventory worldwide
- is responsible for the achievement of parts inventory, stock-turn, cashflow and delivery performance targets (MIN KPI & ABP – Annual Business Plan)
- maintains proper reporting and financial controls
- ensures the right distribution of inventory across the organization (right product, right place, right time) in coordination with Liebherr Factories, Liebherr Sales & Service companies and Liebherr external logistic stakeholders
- ensures that accurate parts planning is performed by the Liebherr Sales & Service companies, according to the defined sales objectives. This task extends also to independant Dealers.
- conducts comprehensive data analysis, monitor key indicators (customer sales orders, purchase orders to factories, forecasts, stock turn, fill rate, surplus), identify deviations and implement corrective actions together with stakeholders from Liebherr Factories (Parts sales, Purchasing, Warehouse management) and Liebherr Sales & Service companies.
- coordinates the supply chain setup and organization for phase-in/phase-out strategic parts
- liaises with Liebherr Factories’ Sales department on projected new machines’ sales in new markets (country or region) to coordinate optimal inventory requirements
- maintains strong relationships and close communication within the whole Sales & Operation Process Team (supply chain, demand planning) to understand stakeholders needs and to optimize the worldwide inventory
- contributes to continuously optimize the parts inventory strategy & processes in coordination with relevant stakeholders and management with the focus on costs and parts availability
- establishs state-of-the-art inventory management processes, standards and targets
- ensures that the correct order types are applied (PCR, stock order…) by affiliates
- ensures that orders are prioritized based on their categories (PCR, etc.) and processed accordingly

Your profil
- Profound experience in after sales’ supply chain, global inventory and distribution management for industrial products with an international dimension
- Profound experience in parts demand planning
- Experience in a ERP sales management system. User knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Experience in S&OP Sales and Operation Process
- Experience in Excel / BI reporting & analysis tools is an added value
- Logistics experience is advantageouse
