Liebherr-Aerospace & Transportation SAS has joined the International Aerospace Environmental Group (IAEG). IAEG is an impactful organization that provides a global forum to collaborate on and share innovative environmental solutions for the aerospace industry.

Liebherr's membership underlines the importance of its commitment to sustainability and protection of the environment. IAEG, a non-profit organization of global aerospace companies, provides a platform for the exchange of knowledge and best practices. This enables its members to work together on solutions regarding the industry's environmental challenges.

“Our IAEG membership is an important step for us” says Lejla Halilovic, Director Corporate Responsibility & Compliance at Liebherr-Aerospace & Transportation SAS. “It enables us to actively contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable solutions in the aviation industry. We want to make our contribution to reduce CO2 emissions in aviation, which is why we are working for example on technologies for the More Electric Aircraft.”
