Thank you
Without the close and trusting partnership with our customers, friends and partners, the year 2020 would certainly have been different.
After all, our globally active network of sales and service employees can only perform well because we can rely on a trusting relationship with you, our dear customers.
This cooperative partnership is a resilient bond that is strong and reliable even in difficult times like the Corona pandemic.
We would like to say thank you.
Change the way you think about maintenance
In October, Liebherr-MCCtec Rostock GmbH unveiled a new product: LiMain, which is short for Liebherr Intelligent Maintenance. The new maintenance system – fully digital, remote and semi-automatic – allows an increased crane availability at lower costs on offshore platforms, offering more independency of time, place and resources.
Its modular system architecture results in up to 75% less mobilisation on unmanned platforms and up to 50 fewer service days on manned platforms per year.
Shipshape and ready to go
Eight Liebherr RTGs stand ready for their upcoming voyage to Somaliland. The cranes were manufactured by Liebherr Container Cranes in Ireland and assembled at Liebherr’s facility in Cobh, Co Cork, Ireland.
After sailing through the Mediterranean and Suez Canal the cranes will enter service at DPWorld’s facility in Berbera Port.
New HLC 150000 reaches key milestone
Inside the large industry halls of the Liebherr manufacturing site in Rostock, a noteworthy wedding took place for the new heavy lift crane HLC 150000, which marked the latest key milestone in its construction.
The mechanical connection between the lower slewing column and the machinery frame was successfully realized to create the lower slewing unit of the HLC 150000.
We heavy-lift your project
