Liebherr-Aerospace to Provide Pneumatic Valves for New Rolls-Royce Business Jet Engine

Liebherr-Aerospace has been selected to supply the pneumatic component package for Rolls-Royce’s next-generation business jet engine Pearl 700: Both the pneumatic valves and the actuation devices that control pneumatic power around the engine have been designed, are manufactured and serviced by Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse SAS, Toulouse (France). Petitjean granite factory – two Liebherr R 956 crawler excavators in the last granite quarry of the Vosges

La Bresse (France), November 2019 – In March 2019, the machinery pool of Petitjean, a granite excavation company based in eastern France's Vosges mountain range, was augmented by two new Liebherr crawler excavators. Both R 956 excavators are being used in two different quarries in La Bresse and Senones, to position heavy weights before mining, to load trucks and for drillers and miners to move large rocks. Supported by local authorised retailer Tilmat, the company decided on the quality and reliability of Liebherr-France SAS's crawler excavators. Find out more

Liebherr’s 125 K: the largest fast-erecting crane in its class at work in Switzerland

The crane hire company Vogel Kranvermietung GmbH expands its rental fleet with a Liebherr 125 K fast-erecting crane. With a radius of 55 metres and a maximum hook height of 65.5 metres, it is currently the largest fast-erecting crane on the market. The handover to Vogel Kranvermietung GmbH took place in September. During his visit to this year’s Bauma in Munich, owner Joseph Vogel was impressed by the 125 K fast-erecting crane’s innovative features, and consequently decided to invest in his company’s future. Hennemann Holzbau renews fleet with two Liebherr mobile cranes

Hennemann Holzbau GmbH from Tautenhain in Saxony has taken ownership of two new mobile cranes from Liebherr. An LTM 1030-2.1 replaces a 13 year-old crane of the same type. And an LTM 1060/2 built in 2004 is replaced by a new LTM 1070-4.2. The company is now ready for the future with an upgraded crane fleet. Find out more

Alliance Group: a Liebherr R 950 Tunnel crawler excavator in the heart of the Grand Paris Express

A Liebherr R 950 Tunnel crawler excavator is being used on one of the Grand Paris Express construction sites. In this huge project, the Liebherr R 950 Tunnel crawler excavator in shaft 807 of Line 15 is responsible for milling, creating arches and some handling operations. The Alliance Group is fully satisfied with the machine, which has an operating weight of 45 metric tonnes. Find out more

Three new Liebherr mobile cranes for Sommer and KLS

Sommer Kranverleih GmbH and the new, jointly founded company KLS Kran- und Schwerlast GmbH have added three more Liebherr mobile cranes to their fleet. An LTM 1070-4.2 and an LTM 1130-5.1 are stationed in Bremerhaven, an LTF 1045-4.1 in Bremen. An LTM 1450-8.1 has also been ordered and will be delivered in spring 2020. Find out more

Colmar (France), October, 2019 – In early 2019, the biggest LEGO® Technic™ set ever was revealed, and it was a replica of a Liebherr model. After months of collaboration with LEGO designers, Liebherr is proud of the launch of the LEGO® Technic™ set 42100: A replica of the giant 800-tonne, 4,000 HP Liebherr R 9800 mining excavator.
