This service enables you to operate your fleet with maximum reliability.

In short: MyLiebherr Maintenance helps you to reduce or completely avoiding unplanned machine downtimes and reduce the time required for problem identification, assessment and resolution.

Overview of the status with traffic light logic

The traffic light signals the need for action; additional displays provide information about messages, maintenance and tank levels. One click on the machine provides detailed information.

Message overview with recommended actions

In the detailed machine view, you can see active messages sorted by priority and date. You will also receive recommendations for action, which speeds up problem identification, assessment and resolution.

Complete overview thanks to service history

The service history in the detailed machine view shows all relevant activities. You can add your own entries and file attachments to keep track of your machine.

Proactive maintenance planning

The maintenance overview shows upcoming maintenance work. You can customise service activities and order the required material via the MyLiebherr spare parts shop.

Register and log in

You need a MyLiebherr account to use the application. Log in or register here.

Step 2

Register machines

Register your machines in MyLiebherr so that you can purchase the licences for the respective machines.

Step 3

Activate licence

Activate the application in the licence shop. You can then assign the licence to the desired machine.

Step 4

Using the application

As soon as the machine is assigned, you can use the application to its full extent.

Why is the application being updated?

The application has been completely redesigned. You will benefit from innovative features, a modern design and high-performance.

How does the new application differ from the old one?

The application was developed on the basis of intensive dialogue with customers and will continue to be developed further in the future. In this way, we will ensure that customers' needs are optimally served. For example, the operating concept, graphic display and all-round performance have all been optimised.

How long will I still be able to use LiDAT?

MyLiebherr Maintenance and Performance is the new telematics portal for end customers of the Earthmoving and Material Handling division and will replace LiDAT. LiDAT will be switched off for the earthmoving division after a transitional period.

Is there a 'replacement offer'?

Contact your sales partner to find out about your terms and conditions and a possible replacement offer.

Can I transfer my data from the old application?

No data is transferred from LiDAT. Please save the relevant data in good time if necessary.

Is there a trial licence for the new application?

All machines registered in MyLiebherr will receive a free MyLiebherr Maintenance and Performance basic licence (Asset Base Information), which already includes basic features.

The paid licences based on this are free of charge for the first 6 months of use per licence and can then be purchased. MyLiebherr Maintenance and MyLiebherr Performance can be purchased independently of each other.
