To support our new Liebherr AI Competence Center in Ulm, we’re seeking an experienced AI Tech Consultant to join our team and help expand AI competencies within the Liebherr Group by leading interactive workshops and supporting the integration of AI initiatives, with the aim of enhancing AI understanding and fostering a culture of innovation.

Your responsibilities

• Design and facilitate interactive workshops tailored to different AI proficiency levels among colleagues, with the dual goals of enhancing their AI skills and gathering practical use-cases for AI applications
• Facilitate the establishment of a realistic assessment of AI capabilities and limitations, guiding teams to a clear comprehension of AI's potential and practical impact
• Simplify complex AI and technical jargon into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making
• Drive the embrace of a data-centric approach across the Liebherr Group, while cultivating collaborative relationships between specialists, IT staff, and AI experts to propel innovation and development
• Support and streamline the integration and development of AI initiatives by coordinating strategic communication and fostering collaboration among cross-divisional stakeholders

Your qualifications

• M.Sc. in Computer science, Artificial intelligence, or a related field, coupled with substantial professional experience that demonstrates a deep understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a background in breaking down complex technical concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences
• Demonstrable experience in designing and leading technical training sessions or workshops, with an emphasis on upskilling and knowledge transfer in AI
• Experience in change management and the ability to act as a catalyst for transformation within an organization, promoting a data-driven culture
• Hands-on experience in developing and programming AI solutions
• A collaborative team player with a strong ability to engage and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders across different disciplines
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German & English
