TCC 78000 installs the largest offshore crane Liebherr has ever built
The time has come. The Travelling Cargo Crane (TCC) 78000 installs the Heavy Lift Crane (HLC) 295000 on the vessel Orion. The TCC, a rail-mounted gantry crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 1,600 tonnes, is being used at the Liebherr site in Rostock for internal and external logistics processes. These include production processes, initial assembly and dispatch of ever larger maritime cranes as well as lifting activities for external companies.
Due to the unique combination of lifting height (164 meters) and capacity, the TCC 78000 is the best solution to install the HLC 295000 safely and economically. The Heavy Lift Crane, the largest offshore crane Liebherr has ever built, has a maximum lifting capacity of 5,000 tonnes. In the future, the HLC will be used for the installation of offshore wind farms and for the decommissioning of disused oil and gas exploration facilities.

New markets in South East Asia: FCC 300 in Bangladesh
Liebherr delivered a Fixed Cargo Crane type FCC 300 in February to the premises of HeidelbergCement Bangladesh - the world's third largest cement producer.
The FCC - a crane permanently installed on land - is used for "24/7" bulk handling, mainly for handling clinker as raw material for cement production. With its four-rope grab and a maximum lifting capacity of 30 tonnes, the FCC 300 achieves a very high handling performance with extremely low maintenance requirements.
For Liebherr, this is the first step into a new market region, which will have a signal effect for further potential customers.
Electric Rubber Tyre Gantry Crane (ERTG)
The Liebherr ERTG is available with a choice of busbar or cable reeling drum.
Super quiet operation, zero emissions, and best-in-class running costs, ensure that the Liebherr ERTG is a sound investment. A combination of Liebherr’s 8-rope reeving no-sway system, simultaneous motion of all drives and Liebherr drive control systems delivers unrivalled productivity.
A range of automation, remote control and productivity features are available to further boost efficiency.
Lindø port of Odense gets prepared for the challenges of tomorrow
Lindø port of Odense recently placed an order for an LHM 800. The new machine has a lifting capacity of up to 308 tonnes and a lifting height of 96.7 meters above quay thanks to a custom-made multi-layer winch.
The LHM 800 will enable the Lindø port of Odense to cope with the huge offshore wind turbines of tomorrow.
Exceptional performance in port handling operations
An exceptional machine: The LH 150 ET Gantry Port Litronic is not only the first electrically-operated port handling machine in its weight class. It is also the world's largest electrically-operated Liebherr port handling machine with gantry undercarriage as well as the largest port handling machine Liebherr has ever produced.
The machine was handed over and commissioned in DaFeng Port in the Chinese province of Jiangsu.
Liebherr Reachstacker with next-generation technology
Liebherr Reachstacker celebrate decisive success on the Central and South American market.
A large number of the most important ports will in future be equipped with next-generation reachstackers from Liebherr. A low diesel consumption and a good customer service network were the decisive arguments that helped Liebherr to win the tenders.
