Our offer:

Liebherr offers a comprehensive range of programs for practical training. These are run by our qualified specialists from the fields of technology, mechanics and electronics. Our courses cover subjects relating to machine operation and machine maintenance. The courses take into account the individual needs of the participants.

Live Online Training

In addition to on site, in-person training, Liebherr also offers interactive digital learning. Using the most up-to-date technology, participants can join from anywhere and, if required, can also be trained virtually on the modern, fully equipped machines in Liebherrs Machine Training Center.

User training for machine setters and machine operators

The following topics are covered in the course:

  • Assemblies/control panel
  • Operating modes
  • Structure of data input
  • Scope of standard programs
  • Work examples/setup procedures

Details

Number of participants (max.): 3
Target: specialist personnel, NC operating personnel with basic knowledge of generating machining.
Objective: the participant can set and operate the respective CNC machine on the NC side. They will be able to create a new workpiece, test the machining procedure and start the automatic cycle independently.
Languages: German and English
Date / duration: on request / 3 days*

*For any user program which requires more than the standard training program such as slot milling, profile milling, worm gear, cluster gear, etc., the course must be extended in each case by one additional day.

  • Scope of standard programs
  • Work examples/setup procedures
