Our MyLiebherr customer portal is your entry point to the Liebherr service world. Using MyLiebherr, you can access an extensive array of services relating to the world of mobile and crawler cranes such as the documentation for your cranes or our spare parts service.
Used parts
In addition to new and replacement parts, we also offer a wide range of used parts for your mobile and crawler crane. Our used parts do not require extensive refurbishing and are therefore quickly available for you. Each part is functional and differs only in age and condition. Remote Diagnostic – Retrofit Kit
Thanks to remote diagnosis, faults on the crane can be quickly located and effectively rectified. The relevant data is transmitted in real time via an encrypted mobile phone connection. This ensures a cost and time effective diagnosis of the crane at the place of operation directly from Customer Service or the local service office.

Reman and repair programme
The objective of the Liebherr Reman programme is to provide low cost solutions whatever the age of the machine. Used drive components are refurbished to make them as-new – and include an appropriate warranty.
Lubricants and media
Our cranes are designed to withstand maximum stress. To remain efficient in the long term, they must be serviced with high quality Liebherr lubricants and media.
