About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with strong administrative skills to support our Training Department.
This role, based in our Para Hills Branch involves assisting the Training Coordinator and the wider team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
Skills and Duties:
Start immediately and use your administration skills to make a difference by:
- Creating and maintaining documents, including complex mail merges and templates
- Organising travel, accommodation, and training venues across multiple time zones
- Raising sales and purchase orders
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to a safe work environment and continuous improvement
- Utilising your strong communication and organisational skills to work collaboratively.
Essential Requirements:
- Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Suite
- A demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing.
