Liebherr-Australia is seeking an experienced, analytical, and professional Commercial Administrator to be based at our Perth Branch. In this role you will be responsible for the provision of timely and effective payroll and administrative services to the branch, departments and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception cover
- Time sheet processing and data entry
- Raising facility maintenance/scheduled service purchase orders
- Raising purchase order staff consumables such as stationary, uniform orders & crib room supplies.
- End of Month Reporting requirements
- Updating and maintaining databases and systems
- Travel bookings for Managers
About You
- Certificate IV in Business Administration OR at least 3 years relevant administrative experience
- Budgeting/financial tracking and invoicing
- High level organisational skills
- Able to process/enter and maintain large volumes of data
