Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the identification of development priorities for Liebherr Mining Technology Product Portfolio.
- Assist in the planning and mapping of product dependencies and integration requirements to ensure consistent and complimentary formulation of product requirement documents for application across multiple machines and technology products.
- Development of product requirements and market requirements specifications for technology products according to defined development priorities.
- Assist Sales and Marketing teams in the market launch of technology products.
- Support the Sales organisation in the development of business models for technology products.
- Establish and sustain effective relationships with all stakeholders in the identification of new Technology Products and Service Delivery opportunities.
- Identification of customer dynamics, drivers, current and future needs/desires concerning evolution of the Technology Product Portfolio requirements.
- Provision of effective and timely mining industry market analysis.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of assigned inputs for MIN Business processes.
To be Successful
- Sound Technical knowledge and understanding of Mining Technologies and Haul Truck Technologies.
- Experience and knowledge of Liebherr Mining products will be highly regarded.
- Sound commercial acumen with proven product management experience.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Able to maintain an international, intercompany Liebherr internal and external network with cross functional stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones regularly.
- Literacy, Numeracy and Analytical skills.
- Customer Service skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Identify and report new business opportunities.
- Research and compile technical information.
- Preparation of Technical Reports and Proposals.
- Develop and cultivate external stakeholder relationships.
- Advanced Project Management Skills.
Essential
- Bachelor’s Degree Qualifications in Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Preferred
- 10 Years experience in OEM or related industry in similar managerial role.
- Post Graduate Degree in Engineering or Business Management.
Desirable
- Experience and knowledge of Mining Technology Ecosystems will be highly regarded
- Good command of Spanish and / or French languages due to travel and close working relationships with our international team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills
- The ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
