Together we master demanding projects.

Pierre Pébereau

It is easy to pursue an international career in a company like Liebherr, thanks to the wide variety of projects. And with his insights into different divisions, the Head of Commercial Services knows very well that Liebherr is about long-term success and trusting collaboration.

For Pierre Pébereau, trustful teamwork and team spirit are the most significant parts for his successful work at Liebherr. As Head of Commercial Services in After Sales he is in charge of more than 50 employees. His personal key to success within this challenging function: open and honest communication.

“As a junior engineering graduate I started my trainee programme at Liebherr in the Earthmoving Division and that marked the start of my international career, which took me to China for two years, as well. Today I am Head of Commercial Services in After Sales at Liebherr Aerospace Toulouse SAS in France and manage a team of 46 employees. Here I experience how our experts master demanding projects every day – with competence, commitment and team spirit. This fascinates me every single time.

For Bauma 2012 in Shanghai we had to put together a material handling machine. Colleagues from Germany and China worked together and consolidated their efforts in order to complete the machine on time for the trade fair. This was not an easy task, but together we’ve accomplished it. A wonderful experience, which showed me once again that starting a dialogue, networking and building trust are essential elements of working together. This is exactly how Liebherr functions. Here it is about sustainable relationships and long-term success, not success at any price.”
