Compact Board Offshore Crane Series (CBO)
The compact board offshore crane series is the latest product line in our offshore crane portfolio and simultaniously a relaunch of the former well-known CBO series. It is an ideal solution for maintenance and supply work wherever operating radius and space on deck is restricted. In general the crane can be used for multipurpose applications on platforms such as fixed platforms, jack ups and tension leg installations. Crane replacement supplements this scope. The series includes up to three system sizes.

Advantages at a glance
Because of the crane design with the machinery compartment above the access and maintenance area the CBO has a space saving structure. The tail swing radius is extremely small. Less than 4 metres are required by the crane.
Irrespectively of the availability of spare parts the innovative maintenance concept reduces the downtime of the crane. Furthermore flexibility with regards to the maintenance work will be increased.
The boom is placed above the cabin. Hereby an optimised and unobstructed view to the load will be ensured by the central positioned cabin.
Since safety is incessant especially in the oil and gas sector the CBO cranes are available for hazardous areas. Depending on specific customer requirements the cranes can be equipped with either partly or full ex-rating.
The CBO series has a proven design, based on an A-frame for utmost stabilty and an lattice boom.
