How to find your service and serial number
The unique service (Service no.) and serial numbers (Serial no.) of your appliance are on the serial tag.
You can read this in various ways.
Locating serial tag via display on the refrigerator
Display is located behind or in the door
The touch display enables easy and intuitive operation of your Liebherr. All functions are clearly arranged on the display.
Step 1: Call up settings.
Navigate to the settings using the arrows next to the display and tap on “Confirm” (tick symbol).
Step 2: Show appliance information.
Navigate to the “Information” view using the arrows. Here you will find the digital serial tag with serial number and service number.
Display is located behind or in the door
The Touch & Swipe display enables easy and intuitive operation of your Liebherr. All functions are clearly arranged on the display.
Step 1: Call up settings.
Navigate by swiping to the settings and tap once on the display.
Step 2: Show appliance information.
Navigate to the “Information” view by swiping. Here you will find the digital serial tag with serial number and service number.

For any questions about your appliance, please make sure you have the information needed to identify your appliance to hand (appliance designation, serial number). This information allows our service team to provide more helpful answers to your questions regarding your appliance and to solve any problems more quickly.
