Sales Manager / Flagship StoreShanghai

Responsibilities

• Maintain flagship store clean and tidy, provide comfortable shopping environment.
• Make sure products on display are at good operation and conduct, introduce products and company in good manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintain good brand image.
• Coordinate with CBM if any activities and events.
• Handle customer inquiries, acknowledge customer requests, establish good relationships with customers and achieve sales targets.
• Keep close connection with designers to achieve sales goal.
• Collect and report daily /weekly / monthly sales data.
• Coordinate with Sales admin with available inventory.
• Analyze the development of markets, channels and competitors relevant to Head of Sales China.
• Achieve sales target.
• Maintain good brand image.

Requirements

• College's degree.
• Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant majors.
• Any sales / communication training is an asset.
• Min 5 years of experience in retail sales in white goods or international building material industry.
• Marketing Mix.
• Good in English both Oral and Written.
• Computer application skills.
• Good appearance and communication skills.
• Talking and listening to each other.
• Being open for change and development.
• Making competent decisions.
• Thinking and acting responsibly.
