Accurate positioning and precise execution of piling or drilling processes are crucial for the success of deep foundation machines. Using latest satellite navigation technology, Liebherr’s positioning system LIPOS assists the driver in aligning attachments and tools precisely. The compiled data of the piling or drilling processes can be stored for quality assurance and project reporting.

DGNSS – Differential Global Navigation Satellite System

Via pre-installed components, LIPOS enables the direct integration of machine control systems from Trimble or Leica in the process data recording PDE and reporting of Liebherr deep foundation machines. These systems are based on modern DGNSS technology (Differential Global Navigation Satellite System) and so achieve the best possible conditions for a precise and efficient positioning of Liebherr machines and their attachment tools.

Simple hardware integration

Mounting fixtures allow for easy and quick installation of DGNSS hardware without the need to change the machine structure.

Fully integrated in existing IT solutions

The construction site of the future is going digital. Modern software solutions simplify the processes on the jobsite, streamline documentation efforts and faciltate the interactions between operator and machine.

Process data recording

All working processes can be electronically recorded and visualised using the process data recording system PDE. The system is operated and displayed on a touchscreen in the operator's cab. PDE records operating data from the Litronic control system, as well as data from external sensors.

Using the MyJobsite software solution all relevant process, machine, construction site and positioning data (LIPOS) can be recorded, displayed, analysed, managed and evaluated in one central location. With the recorded PDE data, a driving protocol is automatically generated as proof of quality directly after completion of a work process.
