Key elements of the role

Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following.

• Manage and develop the maintenance contract team.
• Support sales department for new crane tenders, requiring a maintenance contract.
• Support the customer service teams to coordinate and manage maintenance contracts.
• Cooperate with engineering and documentation departments to develop the current recommended maintenance for container handling cranes, incl. soft applications, predictive maintenance, etc.
• Collaborate with our global mixed sales companies to manage and deliver maintenance contracts.
• Business development and project management.
• Establish customer focused KPI to monitor and improve overall customer experience.
• Global travel as required to meet customers, 3rd parties and Liebherr mixed sales companies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and improving the customer experience.

Qualifications, experience & competencies

Qualifications & experience

• NFQ level 7 or higher, mechanical or electrical qualification and/or suitable extended work experience in a related role.
• Experience working on container handling cranes an advantage.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Prior experience in a customer focused environment an advantage.
